KYDEX® Vapor is a semi-translucent thermoform sheet with a haircell finish that lets light pass through, so a holster or sheath can show off the item it carries.
It behaves very much like standard solid-color KYDEX®, molding and forming at the same temperatures, and it even feels the same in texture and flexibility. You can make molded items of almost any size or shape from it, as long as you keep in mind that the finished part is see-through.
Desert Glass gives the sheet a warm, sand-colored tint. It comes in .080 gauge, in sizes from 8in x 8in up to 2ft x 4ft, and we can cut sheet down to size for you. Select your size from the options above.

Don’t need a whole sheet? You can have KYDEX® Sheet - (Desert Glass) - (.080) - (Vapor) cut down to the size you need. Enter your dimensions in the cut tool and it’ll show how many pieces you’ll get from a sheet, draw the layout, and add the order to your cart. You waste less material, and you’re not paying to ship a full sheet.

- 2 Enter your cut Type your finished length & width. The tool shows the maximum pieces per sheet and a cut diagram.
