Holster Design and Layout Marking Tools
Shop holster design and layout tools for pre-drawing the holster profile and every eyelet location on the sheet, so you have a line to follow when it is time to cut and drill. Each Hobart® kit comes with a knurled aluminum soapstone pencil holder and five fills.
The 4.75 inch Hobart® holder takes a 5.00 inch soapstone insert, and its threaded collar tightens down so the fill sits snug while you trace the outline. Soapstone shows on KYDEX®, HOLSTEX®, Boltaron® and ABS, then wipes away with a damp or dry cloth after the holster blank is cut and drilled.
The holsters and knife sheaths built for our DIY video channel are marked out with this holder before cutting. Eyelet drills and setters for the holes you marked are under holster making tools, and our team can answer questions about marking a pattern.
