Our advanced digital infusion process thermally bonds the graphic directly into the top layer of the KYDEX® material while preserving the original sheet's cell/smooth texture and dimensional stability, creating exceptional three-dimensional depth and visual impact that traditional printing cannot achieve. The base material is high-quality 0.080 gauge KYDEX® in Desert Tan with a cell/smooth finish for optimal forming. Each 11.75 x 23 inch sheet uses strategic design placement so makers can efficiently yield three 7.67 inch pieces per sheet, maximizing material for multiple projects.
