DIY Luggage Tag Making Kits for Crafters
Shop for a luggage tag you stitch together yourself, starting from three pre-cut pieces of 8-9 oz cowhide that come packed with waxed thread and two needles. Pick Espresso or Black for the leather tag, or choose the TEGRIS® version, offered in Coyote, Silver or Black.
Along with the leather, the kit includes two pre-cut pieces of clear PETG plastic with removable protective film and a luggage tag card measuring 3.75 x 2.25 inches. The strap is 8-9 oz cowhide like the tag, and its slit-lock design keeps the tag firmly in place once you thread it through.
The leather kit is made in the USA, and the tag you finish measures 4.50 inches long and 2.85 inches wide. Beginners can treat it as a first stitching project, while a seasoned leatherworker can make one for their own travel gear.
