When KYDEX® or HOLSTEX® sheet needs to reach forming heat, the DeWALT® D26960K lets you dial in its output in 50-degree increments on an LCD digital readout. This 1550 watt, 120V heat gun moves up to 16 CFM of air and runs on a 10 foot cord, and its 12-piece kit adds a 7-piece nozzle set, a spatula with handle, a multi-tip angled scraper and a hard carry case.

The dual-setting Thermoform Heat Gun weighs 1.6 pounds, light enough to hold through long bench sessions, and it switches between 450W for lower temperatures and 1500W for high heat. Before the sheet goes into the press, aim the Pro Line infrared thermometer's laser pointer at it or at the oven to take a reading from a distance, anywhere from -50°C to 550°C within ±2°C. It also stores readings and shuts off automatically.

Taco presses close under the 12 inch DeWALT® large trigger clamp, which applies 300 pounds of force with a 3.25 inch throat depth and removable jaw pads that help reduce marring.
