BOLTARON® Sheets for Gun Holsters and Knife Sheaths
Shop BOLTARON® sheet, a value alternative to KYDEX® and HOLSTEX®, for forming gun holsters, knife sheaths and other molded gear. Black, Olive Drab, Coyote Brown, Gunmetal Gray and Blizzard White all carry a haircell face, with gauges between .060 and .093 depending on color, and sheet sizes that start at 8in x 8in and reach 2ft x 4ft.
BOLTARON® rounds out our holster making materials with a sheet that forms dependably from job to job, whether you press form or vacuum form. It turns out tough gun holsters in a wide range of shapes and designs, and it handles knife sheaths and carry gear just as readily.
To form a holster, heat the BOLTARON® sheet evenly, press or vacuum it over your gun mold, let it cool in place, and then trim and finish the edges. Its cell/smooth finish puts the haircell texture on one face and a smooth surface on the other, giving the outside of a holster a clean, functional look.
