Shop holster making adhesives for solvent-fusing KYDEX® and HOLSTEX® seams, keeping attachment and mounting screws tight and gluing up leather layers. Holster shells formed from KYDEX®, HOLSTEX® or Boltaron® can be joined chemically along the seam. M-Weld™ fuses the two sides into a clear, rigid semi-welded joint, while E-Weld™ gives a seam that stays flexible after curing for clips and modular gear components. Both come in 4 fl oz metal cans, are made in the USA and reach full cure in 24 hours.

Vibra-Tite™ threadlocker keeps the screws on holster attachments and mounting hardware tight, and the strength to pick depends on whether they will come out again. Purple low strength 111 suits screws under 1/4 inch, while blue medium strength 121, oil-tolerant 122 and the 125 gel cover fasteners up to 3/4 inch and still release with standard hand tools. For hardware you plan to fine-tune, VC-3 Threadmate stays pliable and lets a screw be reused, typically up to five times. The permanent formulas, 131, 140 and the red 135 gel, lock fasteners up to 1 inch that you intend to leave in place.

For leather sheaths and other layered work, Eco-Flo® Leathercraft Glue is a water-based formula that binds layers, glues stitching and dries clear. Vibra-Tite™ super glue fixtures in 15 seconds, with a 20 gm gel for control on vertical or detailed bonds and a 15 ml liquid for general bonding. For metal assemblies, green 541 retaining compound secures bushings and sleeves in housings and fills gaps up to 0.015 inch.
