A key fob packs several leatherwork steps into a small project. Stamp, tool, carve, emboss or dye the blank, then set the rivet and add the key ring. Cowhide fob kits take a rivet in black, brass or nickel and come as a 1-pack or in larger packs of up to 25, so the bigger sizes leave extra blanks for trying a new stamp or finish.
Water buffalo leather shows a natural grain and takes foil stamping as well as tooling and laser engraving.
