A medallion gives a duty or tribute holster a raised metal centerpiece. Mounting takes one rear screw post that slips through a 1/4-inch hole and fastens Chicago-screw style. Use an existing #8 eyelet or rivet hole, or set a new eyelet or rivet to make a swag hole right where you want the design, whether on a holster or a knife sheath.

Duty holsters can carry the Police design, with two officers above a patrol car, or the Fire design, with a firefighter and hose against the Maltese cross. EMS shows two paramedics with their ambulance, and First Responder lays a banner across the same eight-pointed cross.
