Shop haircell Vapor KYDEX® sheet for see-through gun holsters that put your handgun on display. Pick from Frosted Glass for a cool, frosted holster or Desert Glass for a warm, sandy one, each in .080 gauge sheets as small as 8in x 8in and as large as 2ft x 4ft.
Light gets through Vapor KYDEX® sheet even after it is molded, so you can see the handgun from outside the finished holster. If you also make knife sheaths, Vapor shows off a blade the same way it does a handgun.
Vapor handles much like standard solid-color KYDEX®, so bring it to roughly 300°F to 375°F and mold it with your holster press and forming foam or with a vacuum former. Give it time to cool, and the sheet keeps the detail you molded into it, leaving you with a lightweight, waterproof holster.
Test-fit a new holster design on an 8in x 8in or 8in x 12in sheet, then order a 1ft x 1ft or 2ft x 4ft sheet when you are ready to make more.
