For firearms equipped with weapon lights, these round white HDPE Weapon Light Widgets by American Safety Molds™ improve holster molding by creating extra clearance. If you mold without them, thermoform sheet may wrap too tightly around the light and sink into the trigger guard area, possibly locking the molding prop or firearm in the holster and preventing a smooth draw.
They are easy to use and have been tested to withstand repeated use, which makes them ideal for one-time projects as well as high-volume production.
