Weapon Light Widgets are designed to improve the holster molding process by providing extra clearance for firearms equipped with weapon lights. Without these widgets, thermoform sheets can mold too tightly around the light and sink into the trigger guard area, potentially locking the molding prop or firearm into the holster and preventing a smooth draw.
These widgets are easy to use and have been tested to withstand repeated use, making them ideal for both one-time and high-volume production applications.
