Made from black HDPE in a flat shape, these American Safety Molds™ Weapon Light Widgets improve the holster molding process by giving extra clearance to firearms fitted with weapon lights. When no widget is used, the thermoform sheet can mold too snugly around the light and sink into the trigger guard area; that can lock the molding prop or firearm into the holster and stop a smooth draw.
Easy to use and tested to stand up to repeated use, they are ideal whether you are making a single holster or running high-volume production.
