The HOLSTEX® SPUMA (Slotted Post Ultra Mounting Assembly) creates separation and retention in fold-over KYDEX®, HOLSTEX® or Boltaron® knife sheaths and gun holsters, magazine clips, flashlight holders and general gear assemblies wherever you need fastening and retention across a material gap, and it also mounts clips and other attachments. It was developed exclusively for holster making, and every part works together with maximum precision at standard material thicknesses, with common holster attachments and with rig mounting recesses. All the metal parts are black coated, and each assembly has its own precision-fit EPDM retention washer plus a metal finishing washer of exclusive design for a refined mounting point.

How to pick a size
Each size is a slotted post length, and it controls the separation, or gap, the assembly makes between layers. Posts run from .125 inch (S) up to .500 inch (XL), stepping through S, M-S, M, M-L, L and XL. Go smaller for a tight, low-profile gap and larger for more separation or a thicker material stack at your mounting point.
