HOLSTEX® Carbon Fiber in Tiffany Blue is a thermoform material made for craftsmen who want durability, consistency, and a high-end finish. Every sheet has a realistic 3K twill carbon fiber texture on the top surface with a Tactical texture on the back for clean forming and professional results.
HOLSTEX® lets you match the material to the build in front of you. Whether you are forming holsters, knife sheaths, armor components, airsoft gear, or protective coverings, it gives you dependable performance and a standout look. The 3D carbon fiber texture keeps its definition through heating, forming, and bending without distorting or fading, so the finished piece shows sharp detail and catches the light much like real carbon fiber.
HOLSTEX® thermoforms efficiently between 300°F and 375°F and works smoothly with both press and vacuum forming setups. It handles much like KYDEX® and BOLTARON®, so it fits easily into the way you already work. Once cooled, it keeps its shape and stays strong and lightweight.

Easy to work with
Cut the material a little oversized, heat it to 300°F to 375°F, and form it over your object with foam or a press. Let it cool, then trim and finish as needed. Detailed forming instructions come with your order.
