HOLSTEX® Carbon Fiber in Armor Black pairs a realistic 3K twill carbon fiber texture on the top face with the Tactical texture on the back, for holsters and sheaths with a high-end finish.
The 3D carbon fiber pattern keeps its definition through heating, forming, and bending, so the finished piece catches the light the way real carbon fiber does. It suits holsters, knife sheaths, armor components, airsoft gear, and protective covers.
HOLSTEX® forms between 300°F and 375°F on press or vacuum setups and handles much like KYDEX® and BOLTARON®, so it slots into the way you already work. Cut the sheet a little oversized, heat it, and form it over your object with foam or a press. Once it cools, trim and finish the edges. Step-by-step instructions ship with every order.
A protective surface mask covers the finish through shipping and handling, and we recommend peeling it off before forming.
Armor Black comes in .060, .080, .093, and .125 gauge, in sizes from 8in x 8in up to 2ft x 4ft, and we can custom cut sheet to your dimensions. Select your gauge and size from the options above.
