Shop the American Safety Molds™ curved jig to give gun holsters a comfortable waistline curve, offered in a Medium Radius for 30 to 36 waists and a Large Radius for 36 and up. Set it inside a press-forming or vacuum forming device and the curve is shaped while the gun holster molds.
Along with either radius you get a removable Xtreme foam pad, half an inch thick and cut to match, which presses detail into the rear face of each gun holster. Daily heat and pressure inside the forming equipment leave the jig's curved form intact, so it stays ready for the next holster in the run.
