These solid colors were developed for KYDEX® holster and sheath making, and many of the color names holster makers use today were first coined by our parent company, CKK Industries. The range lets you match a holster to law enforcement, military, survival, or outdoor clothing and gear, or add spice to everyday carry with a bright lifestyle color.
All 27 haircell colors are type-T KYDEX® holster sheet made in the USA, with a uniform, scratch-resistant P1 outside that keeps glare off the holster and a smooth inside that molds to a precise fit. Once the sheet reaches roughly 300°F to 375°F, press it around your gun with forming foam or vacuum form it, and the cooled holster keeps that molded shape while staying lightweight and waterproof.
Black comes in P1 haircell across the full .028 to .125 range, in the PC texture, and as V103, a recycled black that keeps practice holsters and test fits affordable. Colors such as Coyote Brown, Desert Tan, and Battleship Gray also come in .060 and .093. Every sheet gets a quality inspection and its own package before it leaves us, and any color can be cut down to your size for free.
