Tactical Texture HOLSTEX® Sheet for Holster Making
Shop Tactical Texture HOLSTEX®, textured front and back, to mold a gun holster that looks finished from either side, plus knife sheaths and tactical gear. Killer Coyote and Flat Dark Earth come in .060 or .080 gauge, and Foliage Green in .060, so you can pick the color and thickness your holster calls for.
In a vacuum or press setup, Tactical Texture HOLSTEX® holster sheet stays flexible and easy to shape around the gun, and the finished holster resists scratches. Custom knife sheaths and tactical gear can be molded from the same sheet and carry the same clean, uniform finish.
Because HOLSTEX® carries its dual-side texture as standard, a holster keeps a professional look no matter which way the sheet was molded. A dual H-SPM™ Surface Protection Mask covers both faces while the sheet is in transit. Take it off before forming and wrap the self-adhesive mask around the gun to guard its finish in the press, and it will lift away clean with no residue or change to your molding lines.
Holster sheets in Killer Coyote and Flat Dark Earth run from 8in x 12in up to 2ft x 4ft, and Foliage Green starts at 1ft x 1ft. Reach out to us when your holster pattern calls for a sheet cut to a size between the standard ones.
