Made in the USA from solid steel, each jig gives compact wallet designs a clean, consistent shape, whether you form them from KYDEX®, Boltaron® or HOLSTEX® sheet, or from leather.
All three thicknesses share a 6-card layout. Because jig thickness controls the cavity depth, it also decides how thick the finished piece can be, and a wallet formed on the .250 inch jig holds up to about six standard cards.
