Holster Mounting Templates and Drilling Jigs
Shop steel drilling jigs that put the attachment holes in the right place on a KYDEX® or leather gun holster, whether you are fitting a belt clip, a drop, a hanger or a retention hood. Jigs are cut for Safariland, G-Code, RCS, Tek-Lok, Flush Mount, FOMI and Ulticlip hardware, plus a multi-pattern Combo Jig.
When a duty or OWB holster calls for a particular hood, drop or hanger, pick the jig made for it. For Safariland there are jigs for the SLS Hood, the ELS and the Paddle and UBL Drop, and for G-Code the RTI GCA 35 plus an RTI 33/34 hanger jig that handles right and left hand. The WRS hood, a duty drop and a short drop with a 10° adjustable cant have matching jigs too, and the Combo Jig stacks paddle, UBL, RTI GCA, belt slide, Tek-Lok and drop patterns into one plate.
IWB builders fitting Flush Mount or FOMI clips choose the hole spacing first, 0.875 or 1.0 inch, then the angle, from straight layouts up to adjustable cants of 15, 18 and 20 degrees, with two dual adjustable models that also change height. Tek-Lok users get a fixed and a 15° adjustable layout in both sizes, and the large adjustable jig also fits ASR mounts and the DCI Combat Loop. Separate jigs fit the Ulticlip, FabriClip, Molle-Lok® and Malice Clip, RCS Overhook and Strut, Speed Ease hardware and pancake loops, and three 6-hole straight jigs take 0.187 or 0.25 inch posts.
With the hole pattern laid out for you, one jig keeps hardware placement consistent across a batch of holsters. All are USA-made Dustin Montgomery designs, cut from 3/16 inch (0.187 inch) steel and sold as a 1-pack, and fourteen also offer 10 gauge (0.135 inch).
