Stitch a Leather Holster for Remington® R1 Models
Shop with your model name in hand, because the kits for the Remington® R1 Ultralight Executive (3.50in), R1 (5.00in) and R1 Enhanced (5.00in) are cut separately. Each one turns 8-9 oz cowhide, in Black or Espresso, into a right-hand holster, and all three are made in the USA.
Four styles are open on the 3.50-inch Ultralight Executive kit. Mini Slide makes a compact belt slide and Pancake builds the holster from two leather panels with the pistol between them, while Snap Retention and Thumb Break each close a strap across the pistol, the Thumb Break strap releasing under your thumb.
The R1 (5.00in) and R1 Enhanced (5.00in) kits narrow the list to Mini Slide or Thumb Break. Their barrel lengths match, yet each kit carries its own model name, so order by the exact name, Enhanced or not.
The kit includes the pre-cut leather holster panels plus eyelets and mounting hardware, with waxed thread and threading needles for sewing and a 6-inch burnishing tool with sandpaper for edge work.
