Make an FN® Pancake Holster from Pre-Cut Leather
Shop a DIY kit for stitching your own FN® Five-Seven pancake holster, with leather panels already cut and the needles and waxed thread to join them. Choose black or espresso cowhide for the panels, and the pattern you stitch is made for right-hand belt carry.
CKK Industries makes this kit in the USA, cutting every 8-9 oz cowhide panel to fit the Five-Seven so the work left to you is stitching and edge finishing. Sanding and then burnishing with the 6-inch tool supplied smooths each edge, and the eyelets and mounting hardware go on last.
From the first seam to the last burnished edge, our team is a message away if the Five-Seven build raises a question. This FN® pattern is listed in DIY Leather Holster Kits, along with leather kits for the Glock® 19, Beretta® M9 and other handguns.
