The Bluegun® Holster Molding Prop for the H&K USP 9MM with X300 Tactical Light is purpose-built for professional holster makers who require precision and consistency in every mold. Crafted to the exact specifications of the H&K USP 9MM equipped with the popular X300 weapon light, this molding prop allows craftsmen to shape holsters that deliver accurate fit and secure retention, all without risking damage to an actual firearm or light.
Constructed from impact-resistant polymer with a matte finish, this prop is durable enough for repeated use in vacuum and press-forming applications. Its rigid form retains shape under pressure, making it ideal for Kydex®, Boltaron®, HOLSTEX®, and other thermoform materials. To create optimal sight channel clearance during forming, we recommend inserting a dowel rod or similar spacer along the top of the slide.
