For permanently locking and sealing threaded fasteners up to 1.00 inch in diameter, Vibra-Tite® 140 Red Threadlocker is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive. It comes in several sizes, and this professional-grade threadlocker gives maximum holding power where hardware has to stay secure through vibration, shock, temperature changes and repeated use.
Ideal for knife makers, holster builders, gunsmiths and craftsmen, Vibra-Tite® 140 helps keep threaded parts from loosening over time. Its medium viscosity formula works on many metals, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, plated hardware and specialty alloys, so it is versatile in the workshop and in production.
The red formula fixtures quickly, in 10 to 15 minutes, and fully cures in 24 hours, forming a permanent bond that performs reliably in demanding conditions. Use it on knife pivots, handle hardware, holster attachments, gear assemblies and other projects that need a strong, lasting thread seal.
