Our digital infusion process puts the graphic right into the surface of these Realtree® sheets, which carry the licensed Realtree® camo family, from Edge®, Original®, and XTRA® to the AP® and MAX series.
The graphic is thermally bonded into the top layer instead of laid on as a film, so the sheet keeps its original texture and size, the image shows real 3D depth, and it holds up to scratches through forming and everyday carry.
Each base sheet is .080 or .093 gauge KYDEX® with a cell/smooth finish, ready to press or vacuum form into holsters, sheaths, and tactical gear.
It is a natural fit for holsters, knife sheaths, and tactical gear that need to blend in with licensed Realtree camo clothing and gear.
Realtree® sheets come in .080 and .093 gauge, as a 1ft x 1ft or 1ft x 2ft sheet. Choose your pattern, gauge, and size from the options above.

Custom Cuts – cut to your exact size
Don’t need a whole sheet? You can have KYDEX® Sheet - Infused - Realtree® cut down to the size you need. Enter your dimensions in the cut tool and it’ll show how many pieces you’ll get from a sheet, draw the layout, and add the order to your cart. You waste less material, and you’re not paying to ship a full sheet.
Look for the “Custom Cut Available – Click Here” button in the product options above. It appears as soon as you choose a qualifying sheet size.
