In Aluminum, this KYDEX® Liquid Metal sheet brings the look of brushed aluminum to your holsters and sheaths. The finished side carries a glossy, reflective P3 High Gloss texture. It is offered in .080 gauge. Pick from 8in x 8in, 8in x 12in, 1ft x 1ft, 1ft x 2ft, or 2ft x 4ft, starting small for test fits and going up to a full sheet when you are making several holsters at once.
KYDEX® Liquid Metal is a thermoform sheet made to give a striking reflective finish, inspired by the look of polished and burnished metal. Light plays across the surface as it moves, giving finished holsters, sheaths, and molded gear a fluid, eye-catching effect.
For all its looks, KYDEX® Liquid Metal works just like standard KYDEX® sheet. It molds, forms, and shapes within the same temperature range, so it drops right into your existing thermoforming process with no changes.
The Liquid Metal finish belongs to a collection inspired by real metal flow states, catching the change from liquid to solid and carrying that sense of movement through thermoforming. Its P3 High Gloss (P3HG) texture adds to the reflection and depth.
Keep in mind that this is a highly reflective material, and it will react strongly to the light around it.
