Holster Screws for Clips, Mounts and Attachments
Shop holster screws for fastening clips, attaching mounting hardware and swapping out worn screws on holsters and knife sheaths. In the 8-32 thread you will find truss, pan, oval, flat and button heads plus Designer Line Chicago screws, and the 4-40 screws add flat, button and socket heads in stainless steel or titanium.
On an inside-the-waistband holster, the screw head can affect how smoothly the clip snaps on and off. The 8-32 flat head Phillips for IWBs has a modified head angle that sits down inside IWB mounting posts for better retention and easier use. Its hardened steel wears a low-glare black oxide finish that blends into tactical setups.
Seven more 8-32 holster screws are USA-made CKK Industries designs, sold one at a time in lengths that reach 1.00 inch. Flat heads and regular truss heads, whether Phillips or Torx drive, can be ordered in DFARS compliant 302HQ stainless for corrosion resistance, and all seven also come in black oxide steel. Stainless T-10 Torx button heads are packed 25 at a time, and CKK Designer Line Chicago screws add a decorative head to standard 8-32 Chicago screw, TLMAB and slotted posts.
Titanium 4-40 hardware includes CKK Design button and socket heads machined from 6AL4V and the SK Design shallow socket head, created by Steve Kelly and made in Montana. Stainless Torx flat, button and socket heads and a black oxide flat head Phillips round out the 4-40 screws, and the stainless Torx flat head suits precision assembly on holsters, knife sheaths, firearm accessories and EDC gear. Before you rebuild a holster mount, tell us which posts you are using and we can suggest a screw length to match.
