Commonly called black Chicago screw assemblies, the SPTHA (Slotted Post Truss Head Attachment Mounting Assembly) by HOLSTEX® is a black oxide coated slotted post assembly for mounting belt clips and other common holster attachments, such as Tek-Loks, Combat Loops, FOMI clips, Flush Mount clips, Molle locks, and many more. The included EPDM washer provides just enough cushion and grip for mounting clip attachment fascias to KYDEX®, HOLSTEX®, Boltaron®, or leather. The 8-32 truss head screw is a HOLSTEX® exclusive with the thinnest edge available on this type of design, which minimizes surface irritation where the leading edge rubs against clothing or skin. Used by professional KYDEX and leather holster makers and government holster contractors worldwide.
Each SPTHA assembly includes:

- (1) EPDM washer
Choosing Your Size:
The size sets the slotted post length, which matches the material thickness you are mounting through. The 0.125 inch model is the perfect length for mounting attachments on .060 inch up to .093 inch material, with the 0.250 inch, 0.375 inch, and 0.500 inch sizes stepping up for thicker material stacks. The 0.125 inch is offered in Standard and Large versions. Choose the size that matches the combined thickness at your mounting point.
