These Digital Camo Infused Sheets feature a wide range of digital camouflage patterns applied with our leading digital infusion process, which thermally bonds the graphic to the top layer of the thermoform sheet while maintaining the original texture and size. By preserving the original sheet texture, the infusion displays a 3D depth like never before, ideal for holsters, sheaths, and general thermoforming.
Choosing Your Material:
KYDEX® is the standard thermoform sheet with a cell/smooth finish and the durability and formability KYDEX® is known for. HOLSTEX® Basketweave is our deepest 3D basketweave-textured sheet, giving the infused graphic a striking, dimensional look. KYDEX® Liquid Metal (KYDEX® 110 Liquid Metal) is a highly reflective, metallic-look sheet for a bright, eye-catching finish. KYDEX® Vapor is a semi-transparent, see-through sheet that pairs the performance of KYDEX® with a unique translucent effect. All form the same way; choose the look you want.

Don’t need a whole sheet? You can have KYDEX® Sheet - Infused - Digital cut down to the size you need. Enter your dimensions in the cut tool and it’ll show how many pieces you’ll get from a sheet, draw the layout, and add the order to your cart. You waste less material, and you’re not paying to ship a full sheet.
Look for the “Custom Cut Available – Click Here” button in the product options above. It appears as soon as you choose a qualifying sheet size.
- 1 Pick a full-sheet size Choose a qualifying sheet size (e.g. 2ft × 4ft) from the options above to unlock the tool.
- 2 Enter your cut Type your finished length & width. The tool shows the maximum pieces per sheet and a cut diagram.
